Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Whitehouse will meet on Monday, July 7, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room, Whitehouse Village Hall at 6925 Providence Street, Whitehouse, Ohio.
AGENDA
1. Call to Order.
2. Approve the Minutes of the June 16, 2008 Meeting.
3. Review, discuss and make a recommendation regarding the final site plan approval for the Village Maintenance Yard property located at 11269, 11301, and 11315 (rear) Waterville Street.
4. Consider modification to Chapter 521.11 "Cutting of Weeds and Grasses Required, Including Adjacent Public Rights of Way", possibly creating an exception for undeveloped plats.
5. Review remaining Sections of Chapter 1259 "Signs".
6. Adjourn
