II. Approve Minutes of June 10, 2008 Meeting

III. Hear from Jim Speck regarding a possible Landscaping Collaboration Project (Wabash Cannonball Bike Trail)

IV. Hear a proposal for a Whitehouse Connector Trail Project and prepare a recommendation to Council on this project.

V. Hear a proposal for a small restroom facility near the Wabash Cannonball Trail and Community Park

VI. Discuss the status of the Caboose Car and prepare a recommendation to Council

VII. Discuss other issues as appropriate under the Village Charter

VIII. Adjourn
