permits will be for 30 days with the ability to renew the permit twice for a

gravel driveways to be replenished or repaired with additional gravel (1258.03)
and the installation of gravel pads in the rear yard for storage of recreational
vehicles (1258.05). The requirement
remains as far as size – 1 foot larger on all four sides of the vehicle to
allow for easy weed and grass control around the vehicle.
The screening requirement around 3 sides of the vehicle also remains.

loading and unloading option currently established in Section 1258.05 (A e 1),
to remove the words “within any consecutive seven day period”, thus allowing
loading and unloading not to exceed a 24 hour period.

temporary signs Section 1259.07(F) to change the language to read:
“…other requirements of this zoning code are complied with and
provided a permit not to exceed thirty (30) days is obtained.

not to exceed a total of 4 permits in a calendar year.

Company concerning updates to the Codified Ordinances for the 2007 code updates
in the approximate amount of $4,200.00. This
would include all update to date and a copy of the entire Codified Ordinances on
a disk so that the Village can place this information on the web site.

recommendation of an agency to redesign the Village website and a brochure not
to exceed the amount of $12,000.00.

any and all contracts with full power and authority to execute same, and
