At 7:01 Mayor Stan Wielinski called the meeting to order.  

ROLL CALL:  Maridee Curry, Ryan Grant, Joe Wielinski, Bill May, and Debby Curry were present.  Herb Little absence approved. Upon the recommendation of the Personnel and Safety Committee, motion by Joe Wielinski, seconded by Bill May to authorize the Solicitor to prepare legislation clarifying and establishing speed limits on Dutch Road within the Village of Whitehouse , Lucas County, Ohio and declaring an emergency.  5 ayes

Motion by Ryan Grant, seconded by Debby Curry to authorize the Solicitor to prepare legislation authorizing the Mayor and Administrator of the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio to enter into a contract with the Delventhal Company, Millbury, Ohio for construction of restroom facilities in the Central Park in the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio for the sum of $76,684.00 and declaring an emergency.  5 ayes
