At 7:01 Mayor Stan Wielinski called the meeting to order.

Upon the recommendation of the Personnel and Safety Committee, motion by Joe Wielinski, seconded by Bill May to authorize the Solicitor to prepare legislation clarifying and establishing speed limits on Dutch Road within the Village of Whitehouse , Lucas County, Ohio and declaring an emergency.  5 ayes
