a.) Change the fence permit fee to a flat $35.00 b.) Included language in sidewalks and driveway permits to require village reimbursement for engineering costs, if necessary, when cutting curbs for driveways. c.) Waive fees for temporary signs for non-profit enterprises and reduce the fee from $40.00 to $20.00 for temporary signs for all other enterprises. d.) Increase the Parkland Dedication fee from $600.00 to $800.00 per lot. e.)
