4. Discuss current road resurfacing and reconstruction policy.

5. Discuss new road resurfacing and reconstruction policy proposal.

6. Committee of the Whole Council votes on formal recommendations to be made to the Village Council regarding the Village's road resurfacing and reconstruction policy.

7. Adjourn the Committee Meeting
