Councilmember Frank Billings

Councilmember Frank Billings was sworn into office on January 8, 2008 and is currently serving his first term. Mr. Billings has lived in the Anthony Wayne community for 23 years and in the Village of Whitehouse for the past 4 years.

He has a BS degree in Business Management and a Masters degree in Education and currently owns The Billings Group, where he works as a financial representative. He and his wife, Maureen, have three grown children, Matthew, Brian and Katie.

Mr. Billings' hobbies include reading, writing, gardening, camping and riding motorcycles. He also enjoys community service and has served as the Chairperson for the Arts & Crafts Division of the Annual Cherry Festival.

Mr. Billings serves on the following Council Committees:  Chair Franchise, Lands & Buildings; Member Parks & Recreation and Economic Development.
